Project overview
We worked with APG Fitness, a Cambridgeshire-based fitness business, to create a series of engaging social media videos designed to introduce the owners, share their story and showcase what APG Fitness is all about. The aim was to produce authentic, personality-driven content that would help potential clients connect with the people behind the business and gain a better understanding of their approach to fitness. Through a combination of interviews with the owners and dynamic B-roll footage captured around the gym, we created a collection of short-form videos highlighting the brand's values, personality and community. Each video was designed to work independently across social media, providing APG Fitness with a bank of content to share consistently over the coming months.

We began by finding a suitable location within the gym to create a professional interview setup that complemented the APG Fitness brand. Using a three-point lighting rig, we created a consistent, high-quality look across all 10 interviews with the owners, coaches and gym members. Each interview was designed to capture genuine insights into the people, values and community behind APG Fitness, giving us a variety of perspectives to build the social media content around. Once the interviews were complete, we captured a range of dynamic B-roll footage showcasing the gym, training sessions and interactions between coaches and members. This footage was then combined with the interviews to create engaging, fast-paced videos tailored for social media. By carefully planning the shoot and making the most of our time on location, we were able to turn just half a day of filming into three months' worth of social media content, giving APG Fitness a consistent stream of videos to promote their business.
